Subscription

Your subscription plan determines how many locations, team members, menu items, and AI translation tokens you can use each month.

Viewing Your Plan & Limits

Go to Subscription to see your current plan, its features, and your usage across all limit categories (locations, team members, menu items, storage, and monthly AI tokens). A visual indicator shows how much of each limit you have used. When you approach a limit you will see a warning when trying to add more items.

Upgrading Your Plan

On the Subscription page, scroll down to see the available plans. Click Upgrade next to the plan you want. You will be taken to a secure Paddle payment page. After completing payment your new plan limits activate immediately — no need to restart or re-login. You will receive an invoice by email.

Billing & Cancellation

Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month. The renewal date is shown on the Subscription page. To cancel, click Cancel Subscription and confirm. Cancellation stops the next renewal — you retain access until the end of the current billing period. If you have any billing issues or questions contact support from the Help Center.
